Accessibility declaration
The Publishing House of Lublin University of Technology undertakes to ensure the accessibility of its website following the Law of April 4, 2019, on Digital Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Entities. The accessibility statement also applies to the platform of journals published by the Lublin University of Technology.
Status of digital accessibility
This website almost fully comply with the appendix of the Law of April 4, 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to the incompatibilities. Exclusions are listed below.
Inaccessible content
- Some graphics do not have alternative descriptions.
- Graphic materials have content woven into graphics.
- Documents published before September 23, 2018 are not available digitally.

Preparation of the accessibility declaration and its update:
Date of preparation of the declaration: February 20, 2021.
Date of last revision of the declaration: March 21, 2025.
We prepared the declaration on the basis of a self-assessment based on the Digital Website Accessibility Checklist v. 2.2 (docx, 0.12MB).

Anyone has the right to request the digital accessibility of this website or its elements.
When making such a request, provide:
- your name,
- your contact information (e.g. phone number, e-mail),
- the exact address of the website where the digitally inaccessible element or content is,
- a description of what the problem is and what way of solving it would be most convenient for you.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible, no later than within 7 days of receipt.
If this deadline is too short for us, we will inform you. In this information, we will give you a new deadline by which we will correct the errors you have reported or prepare the information in an alternative way. This new deadline will be no longer than 2 months.
If we are unable to ensure the availability of the digital website or content indicated in your request, we will offer you access in an alternative way.
Handling accessibility requests and complaints
If, in response to your request for digital accessibility, we refuse to provide the digital accessibility you requested, and you disagree with the refusal, you have the right to file a complaint.
You also have the right to file a complaint if you do not agree to use an alternative access method that we have offered you in response to your request for digital accessibility.
You can also inform the Ombudsman about this situation and ask him to intervene in your case.

Plans to eliminate digital accessibility bugs.
We plan to rebuild the site before the end of 2026. During the rebuild, we intend to eliminate all the digital accessibility bugs mentioned above.
