This article describes the difference between monuments, cultural heritage and contemporary cultural goods. Nowadays, there is a noticeable problem with what should be listed and protected in the Act on the Protection and Guardianship of Monuments and Sites because there is no law interpretation for when to define an object as a monument or a contemporary good.
