Abstract
The article presents a historical outline of the PZL-106 Kruk agricultural aircraft from an industrial and economic point of view. Agricultural aircraft were the main backbone of Polish aviation production, and were
also an important export product. The implementation of a new project, which was the PZL-106 Kruk aircraft, required a tremendous effort both in research and development and in the adaptation of the PZL WSK Warszawa-Okęcie production facilities.
