Just Culture at the PANS Aviation Training Centre in Depułtycze Królewskie

The article describes the problems of implementation and application of the Just Culture method at the Aviation Training Centre of the National Academy of Applied Sciences in Depułtycze Królewskie. The statistics of aviation incidents that occurred during the training of students in the years 2011-2023 are presented and discussed. The article is based on the author's master's thesis entitled Errors in the process of flight training of pilots and the assessment of the risk of an aviation accident on the basis of an analysis of reports of Polish and foreign commissions for the investigation of aviation accidents, defended at the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Chełm in June 2024.
