This study analyses the Moot Court at the University of Bengkulu, Indonesia. The seismic ground response analysis and dynamic analysis are performed. The ground-motion parameters and the intensity of ground shaking are also discussed. The distribution of internal forces and stress ratio is presented. The identification of the weak structure and the retrofitting solution is analysed. The results show that ground-motion amplification can occur, potentially increasing peak ground acceleration by a factor of 1.684. The intensity parameters also indicate that ground surface motion has greater potential for seismic damage than at the pile-tip layers. Several beams are identified as weak structures. Retrofitting is carried out to overcome weaknesses in structural elements using the concrete jacketing method. The increase in cross-sectional area of the weakened beam is 52%, 47%, and 53% compared to the previous beam dimensions, and adding reinforcement could be effective in optimising overall structure performance.
