) BIM przenika coraz więcej obszarów działalności człowieka. Obecnie cyfryzacji podlegają nie tylko obiekty kubaturowe czy infrastrukturalne, ale także przestrzenie publiczne, takie jak parki. Aby to osiągnąć, wykorzystuje się szereg narzędzi BIM do budowy modelu MIK. Model MIK może zawierać mnóstwo informacji niezbędnych do procesu zarządzania parkiem. Na przykład gmina może używać modelu MIK do prowadzenia bieżącej konserwacji lub planowania przearanżowania przestrzeni parkowej. Sam model może służyć jako baza danych do rekonstrukcji parku w przypadku jego zniszczenia, np. przez siły natury. Niniejszy artykuł prezentuje model MIK Parku Ołtarzew w Ożarowie Mazowieckim (Polska), który może służyć jako wzór do budowania podobnych modeli w innych przypadkach. Oprócz metodologii budowy przedstawione są przykłady analiz oraz opisane korzyści i zalety wykorzystania MIK.
