Abstract
This paper contains a review of thermionic emission current regulation circuits for low electron's energy widely used in vacuum measurement instruments for example mass spectrometers, ionization gauges. Based on the analysis results a new thermionic emission current controller using non-linear, digital PID configuration has been proposed.
