Abstract
The article presents the analysis of the use of A/B tests, KLM method, Nielsen heuristics and user research in the process of creating a proprietary multiplayer browser game. The research was carried out during application development, at various stages of its creation. The aim of the study was to verify the benefits of using these methods.
