Letter from the President of the European Academy of Science and Art

Sustainability is not only the doing in our materialistic matters, it is also what we are thinking. Words can be sustainable too. Here I am thinking on the wonderful eternal words in our gospel. But the problems what are going to be addressed in a broad scale are as sustainable developments, their concepts, sustainable capitalism, the effect on the green house and on the climate change as well as on the global warming. But furthermore it is very remarkable to reading papers in Problemy Ekorozwoju on a sustainable society. Especially in Europe our society is in a drastic change lastly to the wonderful development of European Union. We have now a new mobility in our society which will also have an effect on our whole civilisation too.
