Wpływ przedsiębiorczości na zrównoważony rozwój na rynkach wschodzących podczas pandemii COVID-19

Abstrakt

Artykuł bada wkład przedsiębiorczości w zrównoważony rozwój i wzrost gospodarczy na rynkach wschodzących w okresie przed i w trakcie pandemii COVID-19. Dodatkowo badane jest znaczenie różnych działań wdrażanych przez przedsiębiorców i rządy jako odpowiedzi na zmieniające się otoczenie w pandemii COVID-19. Wykorzystując dane dla 20 rynków wschodzących, ustalenia ujawniły, że tylko przedsiębiorczość o wysokich oczekiwaniach wzrostu (HEA) miała znaczący wkład we wzrost gospodarczy przed pandemią, ale ta zależność stała się negatywna podczas kryzysu COVID-19. Ponadto badanie to wykazało, że wystarczające reakcje na pandemię COVID-19 mogą być użytecznym instrumentem zachęcającym do rozwoju przedsiębiorczości i ożywienia gospodarki w okresie po COVID-19 na rynkach wschodzących.
