Abstrakt
Artykuł szczegółowo analizuje problemy ochrony dziedzictwa kulturowego na terenach wiejskich i w małych miastach, w tradycyjnych krajobrazach wiejskich oraz w kontekście odradzania się osadnictwa wiejskiego. W artykule uzasadniono konieczność i możliwość podjęcia działań na rzecz zachowania materialnego i niematerialnego dziedzictwa kulturowego zarówno o charakterze organizacyjnym, jak i technicznym. Uwzględniono międzynarodowe doświadczenie w ochronie dziedzictwa kulturowego za pomocą środków organizacyjnych i ochrony zasobów cyfrowych; uzasadniona jest potrzeba skorygowania tego doświadczenia zgodnie z lokalną specyfiką. Analizowane są istniejące podejścia techniczne do cyfrowej ochrony dziedzictwa kulturowego. Zaproponowano oryginalne podejście, które najpełniej symuluje złożone obiekty, takie jak malowane płaskorzeźby artystyczne – metoda zsynchronizowanej triangulacji laserowej, połączona z metodą laserowej spektroskopii przebicia.
