Abstrakt
Związek między skromnym zachowaniem liderów a dobrowolnymi zachowaniami ekologicznymi w miejscu pracy (VWGB) ich pracowników ma kluczowe znaczenie dla ogólnego wpływu na ekologiczne wyniki organizacji, szczególnie w sytuacji pandemii COVID-19. Tradycyjnie większość badań koncentruje się bardziej na znaczeniu skuteczności przywództwa, ale niewiele badań dotyczy podejścia przywódczego i jego mechanizmów psychologicznych, które motywują dobrowolne pozytywne zachowania i ogólną wydajność. W ten sposób autorzy konceptualizują model badawczy pokornego przywództwa, który bada wpływ pokornego przywództwa na dobrowolne ekologiczne zachowanie i ekologiczne wyniki poprzez autonomię pracy i sprzyjający zielony klimat. Aby zweryfikować hipotezy badawcze, przeanalizowano 692 kwestionariusze za pomocą oprogramowania Smartpls-SEM. Wyniki wykazały pozytywny związek między skromnym przywództwem a ekologicznymi rezultatami, a VWGB pośredniczy w tym związku. Ponadto potwierdzono, że autonomia pracy i klimat wspierający ekologię pośredniczą w powiązaniu pokornego przywództwa i VWGB; i mogą moderować związek, odpowiednio, VWGB i ekologicznej wydajności. Warto zauważyć, że to badanie jest jednym z niewielu w sektorze hotelarskim, które analizują ekologiczne wyniki przez pryzmat skromnego przywództwa i VWGB.
