Refleksje na temat integralnej i zintegrowanej opieki nad dziedzictwem u progu trzeciego tysiąclecia
Abstrakt
Na nasze środowiska życia wpływają zmiany klimatyczne, wzmożone migracje, agresja spowodowana konfliktami politycznymi oraz nowe inwestycje w nieruchomości, które stawiają nowe wyzwania przed zasobami dziedzictwa kulturowego. "Refleksja" stara się promować integralne i zintegrowane podejście do poprawy dziedzictwa kulturowego, integralne, ponieważ wszystkie sektory dziedzictwa powinny połączyć siły i zintegrować się w planowaniu zgodnie z ustaloną wizją człowieka i społeczeństwa, kierując się zasadami zrównoważonego rozwoju i standardami jakości. W szczególności analizowany jest problem integracji różnych kultur w ramach uzgodnionego "stowarzyszenia". Proponowane są trzy ścieżki strategicznego działania, aby stworzyć odpowiednie środowisko dla takiego podejścia: silna strategia rzecznicza i edukacyjna z przekonującymi argumentami jako odpowiedź na pytanie "dlaczego", metodologia wdrażania Rekomendacji HUL UNESCO jako odpowiedź na pytanie "jak" oraz system interpretacji i prezentacji dziedzictwa kulturowego jako podstawa wzajemnego zrozumienia, szacunku prowadzącego do porównawczego zrozumienia dziedzictwa. "Refleksja" ma na celu zainicjowanie dyskusji.
