Wpływ decyzji Komitetu na Listę Światowego Dziedzictwa: przełamanie równowagi

Abstrakt
Niniejszy artykuł stanowi część mojego doktoratu, którego celem jest identyfikacja anomalii w procedurze wpisywania obiektów na Listę Światowego Dziedzictwa poprzez analizę porównawczą zaleceń organów doradczych i ostatecznych decyzji podjętych przez Komitet Światowego Dziedzictwa w latach 2010-2019 oraz tego, jak pośrednio wpływają one na wiarygodność i przyszłość Konwencji w sprawie ochrony Światowego Dziedzictwa Kulturowego i Naturalnego z 1972 roku. Jak rozwija się procedura i jakie zakłócenia można zidentyfikować między określonymi zasadami a wpisami na Listę? W jaki sposób wpływa to na ewolucję Listy światowego dziedzictwa i koncepcję zabytku o światowym znaczeniu (Outstanding Universal Value, OUV)?
