Abstract

This publication refers to the analysis of a new type of residential housing defined by the author, in the light of the current technical law and regulations. Such residential dwelling, referred to as self- contained flats in a multi- divided town house is developed on the basis of the provisions on single-family housing and realized generally in areas designated for such a type of building. Taking advantage of the less stringent legal provisions, it has at the same time the nature of low-rise multi-family, in its form, function and adopted solutions. The analysis of various legal requirements relating to landscape development and flats indicates which legal provisions for multi- family housing need to be used for self- contained flats in a multi- divided town house to ensure sufficient comfort of use.
