Streszczenie: Niniejsze badanie przedstawia ocenę sejsmiczną historycznego, murowanego minaretu w Algierii, wykorzystując zintegrowany proces łączenia skanowania laserowego (TLS) i analizy metodą elementów skończonych (MES). Skupiając się na wpisanej na listę UNESCO Kasbie Algierskiej, praca analizuje minaret meczetu Sidi M’hammed Cherif – strukturę o znaczeniu architektonicznym, której zachowanie dynamiczne i podatność sejsmiczna nie były wcześniej udokumentowane, pomimo trwających inicjatyw renowacyjnych. W przeciwieństwie do istniejących badań nad minaretami tureckimi i egipskimi, niniejsza praca dostarcza pierwszej ilościowej oceny interakcji strukturalnej minaretu z meczetem w kontekście Maghrebu, uwypuklając specyficzne mechanizmy podatności, które wymagają dostosowanych strategii konserwacji.
Opracowano metodologię zorientowaną na renowację, łączącą wysokorozdzielcze skanowanie laserowe (TLS), in-situ charakterystykę materiałową oraz szczegółowe modelowanie metodą elementów skończonych, w celu oceny odpowiedzi sejsmicznej. Liniowe analizy statyczne, modalne i analizy widmowe identyfikują krytyczne strefy podatności – w szczególności u podstawy oraz w miejscach nieciągłości geometrycznych – przy czym wyniki numeryczne wykazują silną korelację z zaobserwowanymi wzorcami uszkodzeń.
Badanie ustala powtarzalny proces pracy od TLS do MES dla oceny sejsmicznej smukłych, zabytkowych konstrukcji murowanych oraz oferuje zalecenia oparte na dowodach, mające na celu wsparcie Stałego Planu Ochrony i Wzmacniania (PPSMVSS) Kasby. Praca ta wypełnia istotną lukę we włączaniu oceny ryzyka sejsmicznego do praktyk renowacyjnych, przyczyniając się do poprawy łagodzenia ryzyka i zrównoważonej ochrony dziedzictwa.
