Journal Mission and Objectives

Teka Komisji Architektury, Urbanistyki i Studiów Krajobrazowych (Teka Commission of Architecture, Urban Planning and Landscape Studies) is an international, interdisciplinary scientific journal that publishes original research articles, technical reports and review papers in the field of architecture, urban planning and spatial design. The editorial board accepts articles resulting from both basic and applied research that make a significant contribution to the advancement of knowledge and practice in the fields of architectural, urban and landscape space.

The journal’s primary objective is to promote and disseminate knowledge on:

  • innovative approaches to shaping sustainable built environments,
  • protection and enhancement of spatial, cultural and historical values,
  • landscape studies in their diverse natural and cultural contexts.

The journal serves as a platform for presenting contemporary interdisciplinary research that combines:

  • design perspectives (architecture, urban planning, landscape architecture),
  • social perspectives (space users, accessibility, social inclusion),
  • environmental perspectives (urban ecology, climate adaptation),
