Publikowanie artykułów jest możliwe po podpisaniu zgody na przeniesienie licencji na czasopismo.
Podstawowym celem autorów było zmierzenie ugięcia przęsła mostu za pomocą dwóch różnych metod i wyciągnięcie wniosków z analizy wyników. Jako obiekt testowy wybrano Most Milenijny we Wrocławiu. Most został zmierzony zarówno klasycznymi technikami geodezyjnymi (tachiometrią), jak i statycznym pomiarem Globalnego Systemu Nawigacji Satelitarnej (GNSS). Ze względu na wymagania obu metod pomiarowych konieczne było utworzenie punktu kontrolnego składającego się z pięciu punktów. Trzy z nich znajdowały się na moście i służyły do pomiarów przemieszczeń, a dwa pozostałe do kontroli. W artykule opisano prace terenowe i biurowe, uwzględniając proces pomiaru i jego analizę. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników stwierdzono, że zastosowanie tych technik dało różne wartości, co wpłynęło na ich ostateczną interpretację. Przemieszczenia w składowych Up, East i North wynoszą 0,013, 0,011 i 0,032 m według techniki GNSS oraz 0,002, 0,015 i 0,002 m według tachimetrii dla punktów P1, P2 i P3. Ponadto w przypadku statycznego pomiaru GNSS błędy dla każdego przemieszczenia nie wskazywały, że którykolwiek z nich był istotny zgodnie z regułą trzech sigm, obliczoną w odniesieniu do wartości każdego składnika lub punktu. Jednak klasyczna metoda wykazała, że przemieszczenie w punkcie P2 jest istotne i jest jedynym, które może mieć rzeczywisty wpływ na użytkowanie mostu. Wynik potwierdza również, że połączenie różnych technologii geodezyjnych, zarówno klasycznych, jak i GNSS, może być skutecznie wykorzystane do monitorowania mostów wantowych.
