Abstract
This article analyses the potential for using selected artificial intelligence models in the code generation process during the development of a web application. The analysis was conducted in the Windsurf environment using the Open Data Explorer project as a case study. These models were compared in terms of functional effectiveness, implementation efficiency, the quality of the generated code, project stability, and the types of errors that occurred during subsequent iterations. The results of the analysis were presented in the form of tables and comparative descriptions, which allowed for an assessment of the practical usefulness of the studied models in AI-assisted programming.
