Abstract

This paper presents research results of DC/DC converter with isolation transformer designed to supply the needs of traction vehicles. It also presents comparative research of isolation transformer with high output current made of nanocrystalline material Vitroperm 500F and amorphous Metglas 2605SA1. There was also s simulation model of isolation transformer in 3D in Comsol Multiphysics presented.
